Workshop Description
Nearly 20,000 devices are certified every year in the United States. Many others are approved for sale in overseas markets. Integrating and testing these devices is paramount for deploying wireless products. Proper integration is crucial for first-time success in the lab. Developers of wireless devices must also understand what critical technical parameters are assessed during the test and certification phase.
Delays in product development are avoidable by properly understanding the technical requirements for FCC, Industry Canada the European Union and other markets. New standards are promulgated that cover broadband technology, GHz-frequency operation in mobile and fixed applications.
This Workshop will cover the following:
- Configuring for test
- Technical Requirement
- Updates for FCC Approval
- Industry Canada
- Wireless approvals in international markets:
- Asia
- Europe
- South America
- Africa
