IN Compliance Magazine's mission is to supply the latest news and information to electrical engineering professionals keeping them informed and educated on requirements to design, produce, and market their products around the world.

Our roots run deep in the community of electrical engineering professionals whose primary concern is the regulatory compliance of their companys' products. Our team was the driving force behind our predecessor, Conformity® magazine. When the decision was made to shutter Conformity in March of 2009, our team got together and commited to continue supporting our community.
August 2009 brought the launch of our new publication, IN Compliance Magazine. Our Premiere Issue was released at the IEEE EMC Symposium in Austin, Texas where we were welcomed back by friends and supporters anxious for the informational needs of the compliance community to once again be filled.
Starting with the January 2010 issue, we resume our mission by publishing monthly issues of IN Compliance Magazine, providing the latest industry news on our website www.incompliancemag.com and through semi-monthly eNewsletters.
We are proud to continue supporting our community as their preferred source of regulatory compliance information.

The
FCC has designated ATCB to issue Equipment Authorizations under Part
2.960 of 47 CFR (FCC Rules and Regulations). Prior to this program,
the only route for product certifications was by submitting a formal
application to the FCC for Equipment Certifications (including
formerly-referred to applications called Type Acceptance).
Under
the TCB program, ATCB, under its accreditation by American National
Standards Institute (ANSI), provides ISO Guide 65 Certification
Services for electronic products requiring FCC Certification.
ATCB is a cooperative venture between leading
testing laboratories and FCC regulatory experts:
ATCB represents the combined knowledge and expertise of Washington Laboratories, Ltd. (WLL) and Rhein Tech Laboratories (RTL). These two entities represent over 20 years of unparalleled equipment FCC certification experience.
The structure of ATCB guarantees impartiality and a speed of service for manufacturers seeking FCC Certification.
ATCB is designated to approve the following devices:
Unlicensed Low Power Transmitters (FCC Part 15)
Licensed Transmitter
ATCB is dedicated to providing timely, expert equipment certification under CFR 47. ATCB accepts applications for FCC Certification from NVLAP and A2LA ISO Guide 25-accredited testing laboratories and other approved sources.
ATCB is designated to accept applications for Equipment Authorizations for many low power (Part 15) and higher power (Part 22, 24, 90, 95, etc.) devices.
