The registration fee includes one copy of the colloquium record for pick up on site, continental breakfast, refreshments, lunch, and reception. The organizing committee reserves the right to substitute speakers, restrict size, or to cancel the colloquium. In the event the colloquium is canceled by the organizing committee, registration fees only will be fully refunded. Individuals canceling their registration prior to June 1 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be made to individuals who cancel their registration after June 1. Substitutions are allowed. Attendance is limited. Registration will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis.

The hotel is located some 30 miles south of the Baltimore International Airport and 30 miles southeast of the Regan National Airport Parking is free at the hotel.
