Mr. Roger T. Lawrence  has served since 1998 as the Vice President, Worldwide Quality Assurance and a Corporate Officer of McCormick & Company, Inc.

Mr. Lawrence provides strategic direction and operational guidance to subsidiaries, joint ventures and licensees throughout the McCormick global network of manufacturing plants. 

 

Ms. Jianwen Liu is an Investment Advisor Representative with Ameritas Investment Corporation

Ms. Liu has consulted for multiple clients from both the United States and China, primarily in agriculture and food processing industry. Ms. Liu was a Division Director of the Department of Policy and Law of China’s Ministry of Agriculture in Beijing

            Mr.Gillenwater is responsible for managing the Department’s relationship with three out of its             nine foreign offices: those in China, Taiwan and Singapore. Mr. Gillenwater has assisted
